California Residents’ Privacy Rights:

The California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA” went into effect on January 1, 2020. It does 4

main things for California residents, “consumers”: the CCPA requires companies to provide

robust privacy disclosures; it gives consumers the right to access, delete, or opt out of the “sale”

of personal information; it prohibits discrimination against consumers who exercise their rights;

and it requires opt-in consent in limited circumstances.

You can request access or deletion by emailing us at privacy@Propectbacon.com, or opt-out of

our sale of the personal information by emailing us. MUST ALSO INCLUDE AN OPT-OUT

LINK ON A WEBSITE (LINK).

Please note that we must verify your identity prior to fulfilling your request to access or delete

your personal information, and we may ask for verification if we believe it is necessary for opt-

outs too. If you authorize another person to make this request on your behalf, in addition to

verifying your identity we will also require proof that the person is authorized to act on your

behalf.

Does Prospect Bacon “sell” my personal information?

Our business is helping solar power professionals find relevant leads for their services and

products and helping those companies reach out to interested parties. We take pride in our

ability to create relevant connections that benefit all parties. To provide our service, we need to

disclose the contact information we collect to our clients, which qualifies as a “sale” under the

CCPA. So, in respect, we sell personal information.

When you opt out, we will no longer disclose your personal information to our clients. This

means that none of our clients will be able to contact you with relevant offers after we process

your opt-out choice. Please note that you will continue to receive our newsletter publications

until you choose to unsubscribe or request deletion of your personal information.

data privacy.

processed in, the United States or any other country. We use appropriate data transfer

mechanisms to lawfully transfer such information.

order to make requests on the child’s behalf.

We will use the information you provide for verification only for the purpose of verification. We

may have a reason under the law why we do not have to respond to your request, or respond to it

in a more limited way than you anticipated. If we do, we will explain that to you in our response.
